In the outskirts of Florence, the Villa Pandolfini, sits on a 150 hectare estate comprised of a private forest, vineyards and olive groves. The property is decorated with antiques, frescoes, and beautiful loggia looking onto a breathtaking renaissance garden. Enjoy outdoor dining, walks, and a swim in the Villa pool, all in a very quiet and private location. This is the perfect place to discover Florence and enjoy the real Tuscan countryside living in an elegant castle that has accommodated guests such as Napoleon Bonaparte and King Charles VIII of France.

* Prices do not include additional excursionsThis program is also available for ANY week from Saturday through Saturday with a minimum of 2 participants, so please contact us to inquire about other possible dates!!
*Non-cooking participants are encouraged to participate for a reduced price of $2,850 per person. Non-cooking participants experience the same program as cooking participants except for: 1) the 4 days of cooking classes; 2) the souvenir apron; and, 3) the recipe book.
*Items NOT included in the program cost : transfer to/from the estate, tips and gratuities, rental car, personal items purchased during your stay, phone calls, additional maid service, wine and oil purchases, occasional meals and any of the optional activities you might select. Internet keys are also available for hire for 15 Euro per week plus usage which is based on a per -hour rate. We can normally also arrange a cell phone hire for you. Upon request.

Our Tuscany Cooking Class Vacation Includes:
- Lots of cooking!! Four 5-hour Immersion cooking classes with our Italian, English-speaking cooks
- 7 nights double-occupancy accommodation in one of the self-catering accommodations at the Villa Pandolfini estate
- Maid service everyday except Sunday
- A welcome basket including fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread, prosciutto, cheeses, juice, coffee, tea, wine etc.
- Welcome dinner prepared by the estate's chef to be enjoyed in the 13th Century Villa Pandolfini with your fellow participants
